SunnyHill Properties is owned and operated by Tanya K. Nitterhouse who has had her real estate license since 1975. Tanya has a bachelor’s in psychology, has worked as a Franklin County Probation & Parole Officer, is passionate about giving back within her community and in December 2016 was the recipient of the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce’s Business Person of the Year award.
